Do ATK gaming mice and keyboards come with a warranty?

Yes, all ATK hardware includes a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty that covers technical defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.

What is your return policy for open-box electronics?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of heavy use or if the original seal is broken.

Are ATK drivers compatible with both Windows and macOS?

Our hardware is plug-and-play on both systems. However, our advanced ATK Hub customization software is currently optimized for Windows 10 and 11. Basic functionality remains available for macOS users.
