Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping marks are covered.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
